Your home is clean, right? So what’s up then? VOC’s. What’s VOC’s? Volatile Organic Compounds. What’s wrong with them? They are carcinogenic and they could be in your wallpaper and same goes for the glue!

If you read the labels on the paper and glue you would likely not have bought the stuff. Now though, you are protected. Problem is when someone bought posh wallpaper four or five years ago. Maybe you have moved house and liked the wallpaper so didn’t change it. If so you may have been breathing in carcinogenic VOC’s since you moved in. If you are worried, paint over the walls with a good thick layer of emulsion (don’t use eggshell finish, it’s porous).

When you’ve re-decorated you can dry the space out with an electric heater. It won’t cost too much for the electricity because you will have your POWERTUNE energy saver plugged in and working hard.
