Well, I’m back. I was going to put some of my snap shots on line, but they look nothing like reality.? The splendor of the glaciers, the forests and the wildlife cannot be described by words.? If you get the chance, go there while the glaciers are still there.

On the way from Heathrow to Manchester (not knowing that my suitcase had been rifled) I picked up a newspaper which had a plee to Mr Bush not to plunder Alaska’s forests for timber as he intends.? Can’t that man keep his nose out of anything?? Alaska has already been decimated in parts for oil.? Will the rest of the USA not stop until Alaska is totally destroyed one way or another? It is no wonder that the people of Alaska regard themselves as Alaskans NOT Americans.
