In a northerly suburb of New York they are really getting tough on people who put rubbish in the wrong bin. They are to be shamed into changing their ways. The idea is that the ‘recycling operatives’ put stickers on the bins of offenders.

the stickers have one word, well almost word. OOps! . The first sticker is yellow and they progress through all the shades until a red one is issued. Sounds like footy! The idea is that the offender will then feel ashamed and change their wicked ways.

Well, that’s ok in theory. What happens if the offender is a 6′ 6″ all-in wrestler with a bad temper and a Rotweiler with a full set of teeth? Maybe they would send him to Cuba !.
