This is my experience on how I made solar panels for exactly $104.23. Here are the “ingredients.”:

Bought some solar cells that were thrown out by the manufacterur.

Just a piece of wood to use as backing and as the frame for support

Plexi glass thrown out from a business

Screws

Silicone Caulk from Home Depot

Wire for Soldering

Diode

I had some paint leftover so I decied to paint the lumber to make it look a bit better

Jones Plug – I’ll explain this to you later

Learning how to make your own solar panels can be fun and save you money at the same time. You can also save the planet by making solar panels. Take it from me, I dropped out of college and I was still able to finish this.I got my degree in psychology, but still I was able to make my own solar panels and plus it was really fun.

First thing I did was hop in the truck and pick up supplies. You can get most of these items for cheap and some of them even for free. Some of the free items you can get from businesses throwing them out because it’s not up to their standards of being able to sell. These items include the solar cells, plexiglass, and wires.

Make your own solar panels. GreenDIYEnergy Scam? I think not. I used their manuals and built 2 solar panels already.

I used the manuals from Power 4 Home to make my solar panels.

Thank you for reading how I made my own solar panels at home. Good luck to you and I hope that you can do that same.
