Energy efficient housing is the aim of the EC. But, have you ever sat on a large committee and found that the members agreed on everything first time? I thought not. It comes as no surprise that this is the case with the EC, all talk, expense accounts and no action.

EuroACE (The European Alliance of Companies for Energy Efficiency in Buildings) has produced a press release following the Issue of the EC official report. EuroACE describe the situation as “Golden Opportunity” to promote very low energy housing.
