Something that has been known for about ten years is causing a storm in the North Sea. The MOD reckon that wind turbines will interfere with security radar. It seems that it is only now that all the parties concerned realise that there might be a problem. Mr Brown has just stepped into the affray. So what do we know?

• Government have just announced a massive expansion of wind power.
• Energy officials are believed to be unhappy at what appears to be a tough NEW stance from the MOD.
• The British Wind Energy Association say that the technology exists to distinguish between the turbines and a security problem!

I just wonder. If I and many many people outside the security forces and Government knew of the possible problem; Why is it now a NEW problem? Will Global Warming get beyond the point of no return before someone makes a decision?
